This informational website does not include account registration, contact forms, advertising trackers, or athlete-data collection. Our hosting provider may process limited technical logs, such as IP address and request information, to operate and secure the website.
Information in the private pilot
Where an athlete, coach, or practitioner is invited to the Biopeak App private pilot, the information processed may include account and contact details, laboratory assessment data, practitioner observations, analysis reports, and information obtained from an external service only after the user has authorized that connection.
How information is used
- To deliver laboratory assessments and individual analysis reports.
- To support authorized athlete, coach, and practitioner workflows.
- To maintain security, provide support, and improve pilot reliability.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations that apply to us.
Our commitments
- We do not sell athlete information or use connected training data for advertising.
- Access to connected services is based on explicit user authorization and can be revoked.
- We limit access to people and service providers who need it for the authorized purpose.
- We retain information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose or applicable obligations.
- We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of an authorization. Available rights may differ depending on your location and the circumstances of the processing.
